Our AI agents (Allocation, Merchandising, Reconciliation) process your inventory and order data to make decisions.

• Agent decisions are logged and visible to you at all times.
• You can override any agent decision instantly.
• Agent logs are retained for 90 days then deleted.

• All data stored in Malaysia-region servers (Contabo Singapore SIN1).
• Encryption at rest: AES-256-GCM.
• Encryption in transit: TLS 1.3.
• Access controls: role-based, logged, audited.
• We conduct regular security reviews.
