You remain responsible for your sales channel accounts and their compliance with respective platform terms.
Our AI agents act on your behalf based on your configured rules and preferences.
You retain full control at all times:
sellly.my is not liable for business decisions made based on agent recommendations.
Agent actions are logged and available for your review.
Plans are billed monthly or annually in USD via Stripe.
Malaysian sellers are billed in MYR at current exchange rate.
SST applies where required by law.
Plan credits:
Credits are consumed by agent operations and refresh each billing cycle.
Unused credits do not carry over except top-up credits purchased separately.
Free trial:
14-day trial included with all plans.
No credit card required for trial.
Trial converts to paid plan automatically only if payment method is added.
Cancellation:
Cancel anytime from your account settings.
No refunds for partial months.
Data retained for 30 days after cancellation.
Custom plans (50,000+ SKUs) are subject to separate commercial agreements.
Custom plan pricing is quoted individually.
Invoice billing available for custom plan customers.
You must not use sellly.my to:
Your use of sellly.my is governed by our Privacy Policy at sellly.my/privacy.
sellly.my platform, AI models, interfaces, and content are owned by Beezi Global or its licensors.
Your data remains yours.
We claim no ownership over your inventory data, product listings, or business information.
Standard plans:
We target 99% uptime.
No SLA guarantee on standard plans.
Custom plans:
SLA terms defined in custom commercial agreement.
Planned maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance via email and in-app notification.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, sellly shall not be liable for:
Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
We may suspend immediately for material breach.
Upon termination, data retained for 30 days then deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
We will notify you of material changes 14 days before they take effect via email and in-app notification.
Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
